The marketing team at YUM Brands approached us with a unusual task: create an internal presentation about the store of the future that the executive team (and the entire staff) could get excited about. We chose to develop a virtual reality 3D tour of these spaces, because this new technology offered an unparalleled understanding of the functionality of each space from a 3D perspective. As a result, the executive team was able to deeply understand the store’s technology capabilities and recognize how they could be implemented.
